I paid for same day before 12 delivery. At 5:30pm on the day of delivery I finally called customer service to find that the delivery was not made. I was not contacted...I had to reach out for info. I was told there was not a florist in the area to make the delivery. This even after entered my zip code for the area of delivery! The next day I was then told that there is no guaranteed delivery time...even after I paid your extra fee for same day before 12:00 delivery. I thought I would give your company a try and now I see I should have stayed with Pro Flowers.
