My flowers were delivered WITHOUT the card! My recipient had NO IDEA who it was from until they contacted the florist themselves. The floral company did say that they found the card sitting by itself in the delivery truck and didn't know who to contact. Ridiculous!

I'm in awe reading all these horrible reviews for this company. There's not a single positive thing about this site. It's a total scam! My husband ordered flowers to be delivered on the same day for my birthday at work and I did not get them! When we called they said they were on their way there knowing my business closes at 5pm. Same thing as what others have stated as well. They offered us a 15 percent discount on the next purchase which makes no sense since the whole website gives you 15 percent on your purchase anyways. I'm very unsatified about the terrible customer service and their unethical approach to scam people. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! This business needs to be reported!

The wrong item was sent the first time. Reordered and was resent. Still wrong item. Daughter says delivery guy was very rude when delivering.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
