Had some difficulty with delivery due to the remoteness of the recipient, so the Company emailed and called me to alert me and offer alternatives. I tried a second time, and this time, user error, so my order would not work again. Again they emailed and phoned me to offer alternatives, and a gift certificate for my trouble. Which was very nice and appreciated! My 3rd time was a charm, and my parents LOVED the flowers and were so touched. I will definitely order again from this company.

Recipient got a nice glass vase, a full assortment of Florist Choice mixed summer-to-fall flowers but the arrangement itself was not very creative. And, I thought the delivery price was quite high.
Only bad part was that the mailman left the flowers in the scorching hot sun, instead of putting them in the shade on the doorstep. He also didn't ring the doorbell or alert the recipient of the arrival of the package in any way, shape, or form. Please write on the box to keep them protected and to alert the recipient of the package by at least attempting to contact them. Besides that, great experience!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
