I would have liked more information about the add ons. What comes in the chocolate boxes? Additionally I later received a voicemail saying that I needed to return the call regarding my order. I was on hold for an excessively long time only to find the issue was that I signed the card with a name different from the billing information. If there was some way to speed this process up I think it would improve the experience. Thank you for your time

Every order is delivered on time and in great condition. I ordered off of another sight before finding out about this one and the gift basket and flowers were in terrible condition. Gladly every order here has been fantastic with the help of FromYouFlowers. Thank you.
I just hope the descriptions match the reality of the delivery - it is a shame that we don't find out about what the delivery charge is until almost done with the order... it feels a little sneaky - So the price that showed up while I was ding the shopping part seemed to be a specific one, then I was offered a 20% discount if I signed up which I did... but when checkout time came... I didn't get the discount...AND a few hours later the same offerings were a lot cheaper than when I placed my order... The recipient was happy with what I sent her but I feel that you played a switch and bait gimmick...I don't mind paying for what I buy but the infos need to reflect the reality so I truly make an informed decision. When I order from Amazon the price I see is the price I pay. - PLUS on the feedback form you sent... it asks if "I" received the order... but since it is an order to be delivered to someone else... I do not know what it looks like at arrival- I did like how quickly we could get them delivered though.

I sent the arrangement to a friend who had surgery. I FaceTimed with her and she showed me the arrangement. I was really disappointed with what she showed me. The arrangement was minimal compared to the picture. Disappointed.
So far so good hopefully they get delivered before 5 o'clock tomorrow.
They did get delivered by noon the next day. I order them for a friend and she said they were beautiful.
Because of the coronavirus I was unable to attend a coworkers mothers funeral. I had him take and send me a picture of the plant I ordered. It had about 5 carnations in it, but the picture of the one I picked had different flowers and looked nicer.
