Great selection, easy ordering process
The plant arrived full and lush. Absolutely beautiful. The delivery driver, however, came barreling thru the door like a fireman rushing into a burning building, tripped over something and spilled half the dirt out of the container onto the floor. He didn't acknowledge the spill, apologize for it or offer to assist in cleaning it up. I fully understand being in a hurry or rushing to meet a schedule or deadline, but when you have little mishap like that, the professional and courteous thing to do is stop and address the situation. Don't just leave a pile of dirt in the floor for the person receiving the gift to have to clean up.

Easy, quick, great visuals, loved the shopping experiemce. The delivery however was dropped off with a 13 year old neighbor because the driver couldn't find the house on a clearly marked road. Luckily the child delivered the flowers to the correct place.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
