Easy, quick, great visuals, loved the shopping experiemce. The delivery however was dropped off with a 13 year old neighbor because the driver couldn't find the house on a clearly marked road. Luckily the child delivered the flowers to the correct place.

Unfortutnately, the company delivering the flowers had a glitch and the flowers were not delivered by the promised time and my family member was discharged from the hospital without my flowers getting to her. I contacted the company and they offered an immediate full refund. All my electronic communication was very prompt, they showed concern, and provided the refund with sincere regrets (plus a coupon on a future order which I just used). Based on their customer service, I ordered from them today for a family member's birthday.
My daughter-in-law was pleased with the flowers I sent for her birthday. Delivery was timely, the price was reasonable. I would use this company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
