I would like to request a full refund on my order, I dont believe that the flowers I ordered looked anything like the display. The blooms were already almost fully opened, and the carnations did not match like in the picture. I was dissatisfied with the time that the order was delivered. I wanted my wife to receive the flowers in the morning and she didnt. Overall unhappy with this company experience.

Never use this company if you want your flowers delivered on time. I paid for flowers to be delivered to a funeral 3 days in advance. I called the morning of the funeral to make sure they were delivered and the said they could not find anyone to deliver them. Sorry.
They did not let me know so that Icould make other arrangements, they refunded my money and gave me $20 credit, which I will never use. Not Good!
The flowers were for a birthday, and even though the right date was requested and confirmed, they delivered them a day early.

The product was received and was very pretty but unfortunately it was shipped a day late. Yes they did up grade me but at the same time it looks no different then the picture that showed on the order. Just not very satisfied.
I received a email at 15:46 saying that my order was delivered. I went to the lobby and nothing was delivered.
I sent an email, and the automatic answer was that you will return after an hour.
So, the answer came saying that it was delivered at 15:34. BUT IT WASNT.
Finally, at 18:15 hs I received a call and went to the lobby. The guy who delivered said that I didn't need to wright the time of the deliver.
I think you guys need to check on your employees. They are lying to you.
So far service has been great. Let's just hope the balloons arrive on time. I asked for the balloons to be delivered on 8/23 which was my son's birthday. If you didn't do delivery on Sunday, that would have been fine but I would have liked to have known this - they were delivered on Saturday AM 8/22. I did not see them and what they looked like but overall I was happy with that.
I placed an order for a floral arrangement to be delivered to a dear friend in Alabama. After contacting three florists directly in that city, I was told that I was too late for same-day delivery. Voila - I found FromYouFlowers.com with a same-day delivery promise. Ordering was simple, delivery was prompt and the arrangement looked nearly identical to the Birthday bouquet I selected. I ordered flowers for my wife on the 20th of august for same day delivery but the flowers didn't get there till 4:40 pm, she had already went home for the day and took off the 21st also so she wound not see the flowers till the following monday. I thought the flowers would have got there before noon, so i dought if i will ever buy flowers from this place again. David Bundy
Was very easy and arrived on same day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
