This is a first time order with "From You Flowers". Shopping experience has gone well. The recipient received the balloon bouquet in a timely manner for his 92nd birthday. Recipient and others who viewed the balloon bouquet seemed quite happy with the quality and the timeliness of delivery.
I had a so called discount but all it does is cancel out the ripoff shipping and handling charge.
I have bought a bouquet and I have chosen the option of fast delivery before 12:00 pm, so I could do a surprise to my girl, unfortunately the flowers didn't arrive on time because the delivery man have found traffic (2h 30" late)...
Otherwise the flower quality and assistance is very good, I'll try another time, but without the fast delivery option.

Overall I am beyond upset with my wasted time with this company. The only reason I choose fromyourflowers was because they offered same day delivery. Once I ordered my flowers, I called to confirm everything was set up right. Even though they said everything was okay, my flowers NEVER came to the funeral. This was beyond upsetting, this wasn't a birthday, it was a funeral. So then I called them back and they couldn't find a florist to do same day?! Then how dare they confirm with me. Then I asked for them to come the church the next day. I told them to call me in the morning if they found anyone. I received NO phone call. Then the flowers arrived as we were leaving the church. I then called their customer service, asking for a full refund. The manager wanted to come pick up our funeral flowers in order to give us a refund. That is so disturbing. I will never use fromyourflowers.com again.

Flowers came quite late in the day, which was a little awkward since my wife was home for the day and the flowers were to celebrate our anniversary. I didn't pay extra to have them delivered early, so it is my fault, but I thought they would arrive earlier than they did.

I would have preferred to know the shipping/handling costs a little sooner in the process. It didn't deter me, but knowing that might have prompted me to keep shopping and maybe get something more expensive.
The flowers within the arrangement and the vase itself were different than the indicated photo. The flowers in the photo had purple daisies instead of the yellow ones received and the photo did not have roses but the bouquet came with roses.
