So far the experience had been good.
It was easy to do. But payed for the 4 hour delivery. It never happened. I called to see why, and they stated it would be there in 45 minutes. Called back and 4 hours later I was told it was on the truck. Very displeased with service.
I don't like how the Service/Handling charge is never mentioned until the very end. I paid for expedited delivery (before 12pm) and they didn't arrive until 2:30. When I checked at 11:30 I was told the flowers were in route and would arrive by 12 and then the same thing when I called at 2:15. Obviously the florist lied the first time. I ordered a box of chocolates, there was no choice of selection so I assumed it would be assorted. It's a box of chocolate covered cherries which my daughter doesn't like. I guess that's my fault for assuming. The flowers look decent, the container is not what was shown but it's acceptable. It's been a very disappointing experience.
I live in Coloma used your florist before. Always happy.

The website was very easy to use and products easy to find. Ordering was easy. Paid for expedite service and was not received. Arrangement was small eventhough I paid for the upgrade (not standard).
