The discounts and the quality are very good. The only suggestion I would make, would be to have an easier to navigate website for ordering.
I have ordered twice and both times I paid for same day delivery. Neither order was delivered same day. I only saw the second order that I placed after it was delivered as the first was for a funeral. The second order was not worth what I paid for it.

I have bought flowers for my daughter in law at the beginning of each school year. I have used your service the 5 of the last 6 years. I have been extremely pleased Thank you, I just received a picture of the flowers received and it was less than I expected. They were beautiful flowers but the arrangement was very small. I paid for a Felix. There were only 4 roses. Very disappointed. I expect a portion of my money refunded immediately.
Order was for first grandchild. Paid extra for morning delivery. When order had not been received by noon, called Customer Service who placed a call to the Florist. Driver advised that order was still on truck, but would be delivered between 2 and 6. Customer Service rep refunded extra fee paid for morning delivery.
It was easy to use the site, but a bit confusing as I'm ordering from the UK. There is a lovely selection of flowers to choose from. Will definitely use the site again.

SAME OFFER AS COMPETION BUT, BETTER PRICES AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
It was not a pleasant experience as the flowers were not delivered on the date that they were ordered for. Supposedly the florist closed early as they thought that they were having a slow day. This is unthinkable for a business to take that attitude.
Free next day delivery is great...unfortunately it was not delivered until monday...it was supposed to be

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
