Awesome boquet!
So far too good to be true waiting for recipient to get flowers. Still stand by this it was an overall decent experience the only issue i had was the delivery time wasn't here by 12 and recipient almost didn't get the flowers.
I really like using from you flowers.com because its fast and convenient, it literally takes me minutes to order from my phone and considering the same day delivery or 4 hour delivery guarantee the prices aren't that bad.The only thing I wish they would do is somehow let us preview the arrangements before they are sent, other than that I will continue to order from them.
When a company does everything as advertised, it's a winner every time. Will be using again!

So far so good. Little sticker shock $18 for service/handling, same day delivery. Seemed much to me.
The best way to describe the product is this... I find a pretty picture on pinterest, go out to the yard to pick some flowers, throw them all in a vase, tie on a cheap ugly bow and think it looks like it is presentable!

We sent WHITE flowers for a funeral and you sent a red yellow birthdaylike bouquet, refused to refund it and ended up asking to pick the flowers up(!) from *A FUNERAL* for a refund.
Pick up dead flowers from a funeral. Wow. All times low. Plus you delivered them 1 day after the agreed date.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
