Flowers were as advertised and arrived on time.
I paid a $4.99 extra to have the flowers delivered in the morning. It didn't happen. I had to call customer service in the afternoon and was told the florist didn't have time to deliver the flowers in the morning but they would be delivered soon.
My folks loved the flowers. I got for their 62nd wedding anniversary. Thank you for awesome service and georgous flowers!

The first time I ordered the add on items were missing this is the second time I ordered and the add ons came with it but the flower came in half dead. I figured the first time was an accident and mistakes happen but $80+ for cheap looking half dead flowers that arrived at 6pm... no one wants to sit around all day waiting for anything... never again will I use this company and I WILL be making a complaint to customer service tomorrow.
