There is a really nice selection to choose from, although some a little pricey. Also, can you make a category of 'already bought' items? This would help with either reorders of something you like or so you dont keeping ordering the same arrangements. Great work and thanks

The roses were old, and I have pictures to prove it, the water was light brown, and the roses did not have any fillers. I order a bouquet of a docent red roses with white little fillers, and what I got was old roses.

We Chose this particular bouquet for mom because of the pitcher. Thought it would be nice to have something she could use not just for flowers. But they sent in a vase instead of the pitcher that was pictured so that was disappointing.

I also had to pay extra for the conversion of British pounds to dollars. Another extra expense!
Too many extra expenses not stated when ordering.

Very good. My only concern is the lack of lower priced items: smallest bouquets, individual greeting cards, etc. I know it probably wouldn't be very feasible to sell those things for a cheaper standard but I understand and appreciate everything about my last order. It delivered on time, as instucted, and the flowers were gorgeous and brought speechless joy to (hopefully) my girl. Thank you very much for your service, attention to detail, and delivery efforts. I hope this makes other couples happier too.
