No, I was not happy with the product. Because you chose to send them by UPS, they didn't arrive at my girlfriends until about 5 pm. The flowers were in a pour state having been driven around in a truck all day. In fact, some of the flowers were in such a poor state, they could not be revived.
Now, these were a present for my girls birthday and I wanted them to be perfect because she is and they were not. Furthermore, they cost me a lot of money as I orfdered them from my home menin the U.K.
Now then, I want another FRESH bouquet delivered to my girl soonest to make up for the poor product you sent.

The bouquet was dead upon arrival, I immediately went to chat line because I couldn't get Through on the phone, a Michael told me my order would be reshipped but couldn't give me a date? Also I didn't like the rainbow roses and wanted a solid color but was told no.

Unfortunately this time my order was nothing like the product that was received. Even if substitution was necessary, I don't think I got full value. Many of the specialty flowers just weren't there. Feeling disappointed

The delivery time took 8hours from the time it was placed on the truck... I ordered premium and received withered old flowers that never blossomed fully very disappointed
I like the choices The plant was beautiful I have to say, the only thing I was a little disappointed because the plant I ordered had palm tree in it and that is not what was sent. Overall I am satisfied the arrangement was beautiful the only thing is I wish it would have had the palm and they could planted it since they live in Florida. I will order again.

Great service. FLowers were not right this time and substitutes were made. Not as pretty as the advertised picture. Somewhat disappointed as the sunflowers were not as expected.
