The flowers received really didn't look at all like the picture. I know the website says it's possible but a) the bouquet received didn't look comparable and b) it would have been nice to have a spot to leave a note - for instance, I chose the bouquet because of the hot pink. Knowing that was most important to me may have been nice for the florist to know as choosing replacement flowers.
Handling charges were unexpected and exorbitant.
