The ordering online...easy - but the actual flowers that were received were wilted - for 80.00 usd - my friend sent me a pic right after she opened it - they barely looked like they were worth 25.00! AWFUL I AM SOOO EMBARRASSED and now sorry I ever found this site :( more than disappointing...
