The order was beautiful when received, the only problem I had was timing. The order was a birthday gift for my boss and I knew he was leaving early that day. I placed my order the day before and paid extra for expedited delivery before noon. I didn't get my order until after 3 pm. Your company did refund the expedited fee, (Thank you) and the gift basket was gorgeous, and my boss loved it (he is very picky). The only thing I could say negative is that the florists you deal with should be more conscious of time.

The price of what you're buying is so much more than anticipated as the final total is made.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
