The arrangement looked like something for a funeral. No color. I was embarrassed when I saw them. I was not at all satisfied with the florist you used on this delivery. For my previous delivery the arrangement was gorgeous. Very disappointed. You need to stop using this florist. They are bad for your business.

Got the option where local florists choose the flowers -- my mom enjoyed getting a bouquet of purple flowers for her birthday. Delivery time and flower condition upon delivery was good!

I had no problem paying the price. I was disappointed that the amount of fruit was much less than I expected. I paid for the deluxe basket. It didn't even have half of the fruit as the picture on the website.
I paid an additional fee to have the order delivered within 4 hours of my order on the same day.
This did not happen.
I tried calling and sat on the phone on hold for over 25 minutes the next day - and gave up because I had other things to do.
I feel cheated because my order didn't arrive until 4:25pm - i the very last 5 minutes that the recipient was at work. This made the sending of the flowers and the balloon to her work place moot as all she did was take them to the car on her way out. I am dissatisfied and will never order from you again.

I searched online for a site to order flowers for my Aunt's 80th Birthday. The flowers were delivered on time when needed (the next day) and she loved them! I used my mobile phone to easily place the entire order, which was much cheaper than other sites.
My friend said the flowers were gorgeous!
