I've ordered flowers from this company for many different occasions birthdays, get well wishes, just because, etc. I am extremely happy with the product and the price is unbeatable. However, this last transaction was a total dud. I sent flowers to a bride-to-be on Monday morning. I wanted same day delivery because I KNEW she would be home all day. Check out was a breeze, you had my card information so everything was just short of a click away. Easy, peasy. Later on I received an email saying they were delivered, awesome! So I waited, and waited and waited and just thought it was weird I didn't hear anything from my dear friend because we had been talking throughout the day. The next day I finally broke down and asked her if she received anything in the mail the day before. NOTHING. So now I'm upset because I was told they were delivered and they weren't. If I had not mentioned anything to my friend would the company mention anything to me about their mistake? Who knows. I was given my same day delivery refund of 2.99 back which was greatly appreciated. My word of advice for next time though, don't tell a customer something was delivered when it so clearly wasn't. The next day(Tuesday) customer service was prompt on getting back to me and the flowers were delivered that day so thank you for that.

I was a little surprised by the15 handling fee at the end of the transaction, as I thought I read reviews where delivery was free. It sort of felt like I was checking into a hotel and was not aware of the resort fee. More up front pricing.
While the shopping experience was easy and successful, several of the flowers that were delivered were wilted.
FYI, I never saw my arrangement, nor do I know if they were delivered on time, I had them delivered to a memorial/funeral service that I was not able to attend.
