The delivery was late I paid for before 12 & had to come back to pick up the plant. The plant was damaged leaves broken and had holes in the leaves.

Prices are high, could have made and delivered our own bouquets and saved money. Bouquets were a little small and first one was very poor in appearance, but it was fixed in a very timely manner.
Show all expenses and total cost (delivery fee, etc.) before making a customer input address, billing info, etc.

I paid for express delivery, the flowers came 2 hours late and were not able to be given for the occasion. Had several conversations with customer service. Ended up being refunded my money. I will never buy from here again. These flowers were ordered for my son who is in the army and was deploying to give to a friend before he left. We were extremely disappointed that this did not happen because your company did not deliver them on time.
The order came at 8pm which was after the normal business hours.

I would appreciate receiving information about the service/handling fee upfront. I did not see any information about this fee until the last screen when checking out, and it was very surprising.

The party that received the flowers called me shortly after the delivery and said they are beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
