Great website and great service; arrangements we've sent through this site are always lovely.
Easy ordering. Good selection. Upon receiving the flowers, they were not as pictured. I ordered this arrangement because of the colors. The flowers my mom received were not the colors pictured. The arrangement also did not look as full as the picture and I paid extra to ensure that. If I'm ordering an arrangement that has blues, purples, and reds, don't put white in it! Especially when that's not what's pictured! Although I was given a credit voucher because of my complaint, I'm not sure I want to order again.
The flower arrangement was nice however significantly smaller than what was pictured. With a ribbon that did not even match the arrangement; two flowers on the arrangement were already dying when they arrived. Overall for the price paid the arrangement was OK there wasn't a wow factor, the delivery did not take long- however I expected what was on the picture and that is not what my friend received. And the ribbon was just tacky!
What was received in no way resembled what was ordered. The flowers were very lovely but not remotely related to a baby boy except for a cheap blue ribbon that didn't match anything.

Guaranteed delivery by noon. Delivery was not made. Several inaccurate statements made to me that 1) delivery person attempted to make delivery, knocked on door with no answer 2) phone call(s) were attempted and no answer and 3) voicemail was left to reschedule delivery.
The reciepent was home the whole time. I was in contact via over the internet the whole time.

I really hate the huge extra charge applied after selection for 'service / handling' - leaves such a sour tasste. ADD: I visited my friend and saw the "premium" bunch I paid for - more like "value" bunch - very very small. Will not purchase again.
I will use in the near future, love the service and the flower selection.

Delivered amazingly fast! I placed the order at 1pm and the recipient got the delivery at 3:30pm
Was not satisfied with the product that was delivered. Was not as shown. Ordered a medium arrangement looked like a small only about seven or eight rose's.
Would like option to change bouquet from shopping cart instead of having to type addresses in multiple times to see cart total. Also, handling charge should be disclosed prior to entering card info.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
