So delivery day was a complete DISASTER. They were not delivered at the promised time even though I paid extra. The arrangement was "ok" nothing special. After calling customer service they did return the extra charge for express delivery due to the fact they didn't follow through. They did however offer a gift card for a future order. I declined and told them to give it to someone else there WILL NOT be a next time. Thanks for letting me down. Do yourself a favor and send a gift card or go directly through the florist. Do NOT use this company.

While my nephew loved the teddy bear, I felt that nearly $50 was way over-priced for an average sized teddy bear and a regular Mylar balloon. In addition, my sister-in-law was displeased with the delivery person's attitude and courteousness.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
