Nice selection...happy i was able to get same day delivery...wish i would have known up front about the service/handling fee.
I usually have problems with the flowers when ordering through a distributor online. They usually look different, less impressive than the picture. These did not. They looked exactly as how they were depicted and I was thoroughly impressed. The only downside was that the vase was different than what was ordered. It was plain green when it was suppose to say Happy Birthday. That is the only reason for my 4-star rating.

The flowers were a gift. My friend loved them, but they arrived one day after I requested.
First time I have ever ordered flowers online for home delivery. I picked out what seemed to be a very beautiful arrangement of flowers but the final product delivered was by far from perfect. Jt was nothing like the picture, the vase wasn't even colored like it said it was going to be in, and very little flowers when I had chosen the upgraded version instead of regular. Even though I was disappointed in the flowers arrangement, I called customer service and had a very pleasant and great customer care! The representative was nice and understanding. She was apologetic and I felt like it was genuine! For that reason I will shop on the site again to give it another chance to impress me.
It would have been great if they had made it for the funeral, instead they where delivered an hour later.
Wish I could see the service/handling with the prices while browsing. As is, the total when I check out ends up being about 180% of what I expected.

I gave them a second chance NEVER AGAIN! Skimpy and cheap looking for a young lady's birthday, not even so much as a ribbon for $55. When I voiced my complaint they shrugged it off. NEVER AGAIN!
I needed to get a gift to my friend today. Was happy to find this site. Items available fit the bill - easy to get what I had in mind before I got to the site. The friend who received the flowers called just after she received them. She was so excited to receive them - it was a real surprise for her. In her conversation she said more than once how beautiful the pink roses were - pink being her favorite rose color. I truly knew from her response that I had found the right place to purchase her surprise gift. She was one happy woman to have received what she said were so beautiful. That makes me one satisfied customer. Thank you...

Shipping is to high. Product ordered was not what got delivered, but something else was.
