All good, except it wasn't exact as the picture chosen. I understand some flowers aren't always available in the colours required.
Excellent product and delivery on time.
The flowers were very pretty. But when you pay for a get well balloon it should be included. The driver said he lost it and he thought it was funny.

1st arrangement was delivered on time but did not meet the expectations of what was described under the "premium" section. Called customer service and Justin was EXCELLENT and heard my concerns, acknowledged, gave a solution. 2nd arrangement was delivered promptly but unfortunately besides adding just a few more flowers and half filled balloon. By the way the 1st balloon was nice and full. Not sure if the same florist was used but again both arrangements didn't look as beautiful as the website picture. Again, I paid for premium instead of deluxe or standard, so my expectations were a little higher than the picture.
I appreciate Justin at fromyouflowers.com for handling the problem. I believe the problem with this one is the particular florist. With that said i woul give fromyouflowers.com another chance and hopefully the florist will do better or use a different florist to do the job.

Easy to use - a little expensive - handling charges
The flowers were beautiful. I thought that charging extra for same day delivery was extreme. You should not give that option if you are going to charge more.
Never shopped here before but had a good experience. Had my mom flowers delivered to her job. I couldn't see what the arrangement would look like in advance but mom was happy.

Nice selection...happy i was able to get same day delivery...wish i would have known up front about the service/handling fee.
I usually have problems with the flowers when ordering through a distributor online. They usually look different, less impressive than the picture. These did not. They looked exactly as how they were depicted and I was thoroughly impressed. The only downside was that the vase was different than what was ordered. It was plain green when it was suppose to say Happy Birthday. That is the only reason for my 4-star rating.

The flowers originally delivered started dying within 24 hrs. I am glad you wanted to replace them but the replacement bouquet was of lesser quality than the first
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
