I ordered 18 long stem roses to be sent to my daughter at work. She received 11 and a pathetic looking arrangement. I called the company to complain. The rep was very helpful. A different florist delivered the arrangement as pictured on the website. But it was not until.the next day. I've had a similar incident walking into a local floral shop in the past. I'm beginning to think this is the norm if the sender doesn't ask the receiver to share pics of the arrangement received.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
