Very disappointed with the flowers our daughter received, did not even resemble the flowers I chose. I contacted Customer Service re. This issue. Other flowers were set, still not the flowers I ordered - " Sweet Devotions" was the flower choice I made. The Rep. Also chose to send me a $15.00 gift certificate for my inconvenience. My flowers were absolutely beautiful' wish I could say the same for my Daughters.

The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers I sent and to my surprise it was not what I ordered. This is the reason for my remarks. If I order something you offer it should be delivered, or let me know you will be substituting with something other than what was ordered, shame on you!
