Ordering process was super easy! However, I find out that recipient had requested the flowers the day after the delivery date I scheduled, but no one informed me, so when I heard the flowers were delivered the next day, I thought they were delivered late.

I gave 3 stars to the products/services because I did not receive them. I would assume most people ordering fromyouflowers.com is sending the product to someone else. It's kind of hard to judge a product you have never seen.
I was very impressed with the quick delivery of my beautiful fruit basket. I live in Virginia and called at 9:00 am to place an order...my sister received her fruit basket at 11:00 am in Florida. It was identical to the one I ordered online...we could not have been happier with our order. Thank you so much for putting a smile on her face...I will definitely tell my family and friends to order from your company.

My only suggestion is to change your mobile app so if the shipping and billing address are the same, you don't have to fill in the same information again. Otherwise the transaction was simple. The flowers delivered matched the picture perfectly and arrived at the time promised. Given this was for our anniversary, and my wife had surgery the day prior, I appreciated the fact that everything worked out well. Great job!

EXCELLANT!with the following exception. As soon as I placed my order I looked at another page on you flowers web site and the exact same flowers were more than a few dollars LESS, than what I paid.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
