Beautiful selection with great prices.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday for her birthday. They were instead delivered Wednesday, which kind of defeats the purpose of paying the same-day delivery fee that I paid.
The first delivery looked like something I could buy in the local market, looked nothing at all like the picture. But the wonderful customer service rep had another one sent and it was beautiful and looked very similar to the picture. My suggestion is don't use the Chicago florist again and stick with Lake Zurich, IL florist for all deliverys in that area.

Pricing was ok but delivery needs to be improved. I requested expedited shipping so it would be delivered in the morning and it wasn't received until late afternoon. Called twice and the last time I called the agent advised me she was unable to get in contact with the florist and that she would send an email. I asked for a callback and she stated they can only do email. This was my first time using this method and may be my last.

I ordered expedited delivery (gift). When I tracked my order online 5 hrs later, it said there was no delivery confirmation yet. I sent an emall asking what time delivered, but never received a response--Just a message hours later that it had been delivered, no time. The good news: she loved them! But since there is no way to confirm hour of delivery, I will not order expedited delivery again and save the $5. Thanks!

Although the bouquet was beautiful and my daughter loved it the pic on the site depicted orchids and although they are in season there were none in the arrangement, hence the reason I ordered that particular arrangement.
Not sure I will use this site again, but rather go the couple of blocks to my local florist and choose the arrangement myself.

I ordered sunflowers and when they got here they looked like $#*!, missing yellow blooms and wilted. Wow, can't believe you would try to give me flowers like that. This is the worst place ever to get flowers. I will never buy from y'all again and i will tell everybody i know not to buy from y'all. I called and the guy was rude and hung up on me. Kiss my $#*!!
