Website a little slow, entered cr card info 3 times before it took. When I ordered the second placement of flowers it went much smoother. Very Happy with quickness.

Very easy to order online but no spot to put specific delivery instructions (ex. After 2 PM or leave pkg at side door, etc). That would have been helpful.
Arrangement was different then the one order. It was still nice but not what was chosen.

Did not deliver the flowers at the requested time. Payed an additional fee for same day 4 hour guaranteed delivery & recipient did not receive till 6:20pm witch reciepient left for the day & did sse flowers until next day.

Shopping experience was great! However, the flowers were delivered a day later than requested. The flower arrangement was intended for 9/16/15 birthday. In addition, the flowers were delivered in a box. All items were packaged separate! The flower arrangement had to be put together! I pictured a sunflower arrangement resembling the one on the picture along with a happy face balloon... Very satisfied with the quality of the sunflowers, my daughter loved them. Overall, the products purchased were great quality and price; on time delivery needs improvement.
