I ordered my flowers to be delivered on September 12th, 2015 for my mother's birthday. I was unaware that flowers would not be left at the door if my mother was not home. No other flower service I have ever purchased from does not leave the flowers so I did not think they would not be left. When I spoke to my mother 2 days after, she had not said anything about the flowers so I asked her if she got them and she said no. I then called the customer service line where the woman I spoke just said "The florist will probably try again today." The representative did leave the florist a message per my instructions that the flowers should be left even if no one was home. Later that afternoon my mother called me saying the flowers had come but that they were wilted with petals/leaves falling off and she could tell they had been sitting for a few days. The woman who delivered the flowers apologized to my mom and did return later with a replacement bouquet, which I appreciated. However I cannot say I was overly thrilled to pay $50 and have a late, unsatisfactory delivery...

I have always been pleased with my orders, and still am, but I was a little dissapointed that I paid the extra fee to have the item shipped in less than four hours and it was delivered 4hours & 15 mins after I ordered. I did send an e-mail right at 4 hours. The 15 mins isn't a big deal fortunately it was still received. I had assumed it would be under the 4 hours.
