Ordered the rainbow roses did not have a good mix of colors mostly yellow/purlple a lot of them were turning brown...did not have time to get more so gave them anyways...were no red roses at all did not look like picture on site. Have ordered from here before and received beautiful flowers this time not so much.
Great shopping experience, the handling cost is ridiculously high though. I would have felt better paying it, if I knew of it up front, or even if it were included into the cost of the bouquets.
I was very disappointed in the size of the premium size. I would hate to see the size of the regular size. This was for a very special person & I was extremely upset with what I received!

Good selection Easy to use. Was surprised at the cost of shipping and handling, but I expected some amount. I asked for a banner, there was not one. I asked for the middle size and amount. It appeared to be the small one with 4-5 lilies added. Two lilies were wilted.
The customer service person was polite and did subtract a certain amount from my payment which I did appreciate. However, no amount of money does away with the disappoint I felt on seeing the spray. This was my favorite uncle. We were very close. The spray did not reflect my love for him, nor was it good advertising for your company. But I will re-emphasize at least the customer representative did try to do what he could to make it right.
The delivery was made extremely late, I had to cal customer service twice to check on it.
Recipient received the exact same arrangement from another friend and both arrangements came from the same florist. I don't understand why the florist (Peachtree Petals, Atlanta GA) would send two of the same arrangement to the same person. And on top of that the flowers did not look fresh and certainly not worth the $60 I spent. Also I ordered the European Garden Bouquet which was to have sunflowers, yellow lilies and orange roses. The arrangement received had no sunflowers, no yellow lilies nor orange roses. There was not a yellow flower in the bouquet. I have ordered from 'fromyouflowers' in the past and have been completely satisfied. This time I was very disappointed. Totally dissatisfied customer.
