I ordered these flowers for my mother & paid extra for them to be delivered at her work in a 4 hour time frame. She works part time & they came late & almost missed her before she left. The roses were beautiful, but the Lilly's in the design did not all open, & just makes the design look lop-sided. I ordered the "Deluxe" & it sure didn't match up "for the money" I paid.
I ordered the Roses & Lemonade, which looks beautiful online, but does not look the same & not near as pretty when you get it. NOT worth the $56.00 + I Paid for it. And it was delivered LATE after I paid for it to be on time! I Tried to call the customer help line, & it said I had to go on-line with any problems I had. Got no help. Would like a partial refund or new flowers. Thank you.

Ordered a specific rose bouquet with pink lavender and peach roses. Received a call from you.lady was not friendly at all. Told me florist had no yellow tulips and said had to add more roses. Told her no tulips in arrangement it was all roses. Florist brought and they were yellow orange roses in a lavender vase. We spoke and it was your spokesperson that did not understand. She did not have the color roses I ordered. I had said it was ok because I thought your employee would know the arrangements they sell! They were suppose to be for a dinner centerpiece and I could not use it.
I had to go out and purchase the flowers I needed.

Very affordable prices and free delivery on top of that is terrific plus same day delivery.they came in a vase already set up and not like some that comes in a box that we have to set up ourselves. PLUS these not only were beautiful but Fresh! Great service and super great flowers. Most definitely will order from them again and will tell my friends, family and coworkers. I did speak to a CR when I realized that my request for a delivery to Alaina Josefsberg on 9/17 had been disregarded and the flowers were sent about a week before her birthday. I was very happy to hear that Alaina had received her extra flowers today. I was told that I would receive the expiated charge because there was no need for the charge. This was a first time order. Easy web site to navigate and to order from. Good prices and coupon codes. Delivery time was good. Just a little disappointed, things could have been a little perkier including balloon. But, the weather was very hot that day.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
