Site was easy to use and prices are reasonable. I definitely liked the selection of "same day delivery" baskets/flowers. Most sites have limited same day baskets and the ones that are offered don't seem to have any "wow" factor. I ordered the "chocolate lover's" basket and my hubby loved it. Now if we can only get him to share;-)

I have used your company several times in the past without incident. Always gorgeous arrangements, except this time. Upon reporting my dissatisfaction to customer service they were prompt in responding & apologetic. My recommendation- don't order in advance and schedule delivery, order for same day delivery, that way your arrangement is from a local florist & won't spend all day on a UPS Truck.
Although I was disappointed that the flowers did not come in a tea/coffee mug (which is why I picked out this particular arrangement) the flowers were gorgeous and my boss really loved them.
The flowers were pretty but not as big of an arrangement that I thought it would be. They left out a lot of the smaller filler flowers. First time I was a little disappointed
