I made an order for same day delivery. They assured a specific time and did not deliver the item on time. I paid extra for the delivery and they could not even contact the florist to see where my arrangement was. It is really difficult to get a hold of customer service and you are on wait time for at least 15 minutes. After which they cannot even resolve your issue and cannot give you contact to florist so you can check on your delivery.
Terrible place to order. Avoid it.
