The flowers advertise were not what was received. No bow, different size vase and flowers varied incredibly from the advertised photo. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. It was a bday gift for my 21 year old daughter. Not impressed whatsoever. Especially due to it being a deluxe arrangement & there were only 4-5 if even that roses in arrangements! I would give you an example if I could send the pictures.

Wanted the flowers delivered for my mother's birthday so I ordered in advance. Instead of being delivered on her birthday, they were delivered a week early. Good thing she was home! The flowers she received were different from the flowers in the picture that I ordered. That's fine, as long as it's comparable. But what she received was definitely not as nice. It only looked good when she separated the roses from the other flowers, which is a little disappointing since I wanted a large bouquet for her. She did love them, so I guess everything is ok?

Delivery was too expensive. I thought the purchase was going to be around28 dollars and it ended up being around50 BIG difference.
The delivery was not able to be delivered on Sunday "grandparents day" so it was delivered on Saturday instead. Don't give me the option to pick a day if that is not the options I have
I have always had great experiences with this company but for some reason the delivery was off this time. Still not enough of a reason not to use again. Costumer service was great!

The delivery came very late
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
