My friend (recipient) wasn't home when the delivery person got there. He called me and we figured out a good spot for him to leave the flowers. It was pouring rain! He was amazing. Should have asked his name so I could give him a great review! Flowers arrived same day and my friend got home from work and found her birthday surprise. She loved it! Excellent products and excellent service.
I was not happy with my order. They were supposed to be delivered at noon to surprise my girlfriend at work. She did not receive the flowers. They ended up being delivered 5 hours after the original time in which my girlfriend was no longer at work to receive them. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The flowers were sent to another state. I had to text receiver to determine if delivered as requested. Would be nice if you had some kind of notification system that would advise sender when flowers were delivered.
I usually have good luck with my orders. I only had one order that was a disappointment because the arrangement that was delivered was not as full as pictured on website.
Will definitely order again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the balloon. From the picture it looked like a small lollipop balloon so it's nice that my fried received a big one. The best thing of all is that the balloon said happy 40th birthday which showed me that they paid attention to my message and was proactive enough to give the appropriate balloon. I didn't expect that and I think it was a nice touch. My friend said the flowers were beautiful. She sent me a picture and they look just as I imagined. I'm very relieved with the outcome as this is my first time ordering flowers online. I'll definitely order from this company again. The price of the flowers and same day delivery charge is reasonable compared to other online stores. The only thing i didn't like very much are the service fee of about $15, the postal code section that doesn't allow letters, and the review order capability which you can only do after you've put in your credit card. That was a bit scary for a first-time buyer like me.
