I received a thank you from the recipient and was informed there were bananas, apples, figs, and a few other things in the fruit basket. I was disappointed to hear there were no grapes, oranges, peaches or nectarines, kiwis -- I was sure there would be since they are in season in South Carolina. To say I paid $75 for the basket, I can say I was disappointed since I paid for the deluxe basket. May try local next time.
The person I sent the flowers to said they arrived very nicely - delivery truck with bow on top that they had seen in the neighborhood previously. I got an email confirming that they had been delivered, which I appreciated getting so I knew that it had arrived. My recipient sent me a photo and it looks like the picture on line, and she said the vase was heavy - good quality. The web ordering worked well. One thing that was confusing, is that at first I called the local florist number to try to speak to the local branch of the florist, but the number rolled onto the main call center. I wanted to know what looked good today at the actual location, but it was not possible to speak to the local branch.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
