You need to be upfront about the $14.99 surcharge you add at the end of the billing screen and not wait until the end when you input all of your info! This charge should be put advertised upfront in the beginning and not at the end!
You had what I was looking for and was easy to order through your on line service I have been gone all week but understand the flowers were beautiful and was delivered around 11AM which I had paid extra for them to be delivered in the morning, and had hoped earlier but know sometimes that can't be done.

I paid the extra money to have the flowers delivered BEFORE 12 and was extremely disappointed when they arrived almost 4 hours late. By this time I was unable to use them. I will not be using this flower service again.
The flowers were for my granddaughter's birthday and she said they were lovely. She also liked the chocolates and bear that came with them. I wish the flowers had been delivered a little earlier in the day. Overall we were very pleased.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture. The picture shows a full pretty bouquet. The one received was not big at all. The roses looked like bugs had been chewing on them. And the balloon was under inflated and hanging to the floor before she could leave work. So unhappy.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
