It was the worst experience with fromyoufloers.com. Very very bad deals you get for so much money. Horrible Fruit and Dried Fruit arrangements. It seems like you have put your money down the drain. Now, customer service have promised they will going to take care of this matter on Monday. I am waiting for it.

Quick and easy ordering. The delivery was on time and beautiful, but slightly different then the photo. The flowers delivered seemed smaller then what we ordered but overall the recipient was happy.
Guaranteed morning delivery, but didn't deliver until 3:30 that afternoon. I paid for a deluxe bouquet but got only a very small and ugly bouquet for $66. I will never use this company again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
