These were for my daughter's birthday. My son in law sent me a picture. I was hoping that the roses would have been less open (time for them to mature while she has them - they are so open they will probably only last a day or two) but it still very pretty.
The service and handling fee should be part of the item price, I think. These were sent as a gift, so I haven't seen them, but the response was very favorable. Thank you for your prompt service! Kris

Paid extra for flower to be delivered in the morning, but flowers arrived after 12:30 pm. Got a call from shop around 12:10 pm asking me if there was gonna be somebody home to receive the flowers. Delivered flowers were totally different than ordered flower

The flowers received were very misleading from the pictures. One bouquet was decent and the other one, which I ordered because it was better in the picture was very disappointing. I ordered the flowers in the first place to surprise my friends and ask them to be my bridesmaid and maid of honor. You would think that the person making the arrangement would see that the Maid of honors should be a little better, and it was wildly less appealing than the other one. So in all, the pictures were misleading and I am not happy with the turnout of the arrangements. I understand that you have cheaper prices but if I had known that was the outcome to expect I would have ordered with someone else.

The flowers were very pretty, however the bouquet was for a 50th birthday. I ordered one helium balloon and a couple of latex balloon to go with the arrangement. The helium was a circus type Happy Birthday for a child, I did not necessary want an over the hill type theme however a simple Happy Birthday balloon with flowers or that matched the arrangement a bit more would have been more appealing.
