I am a repeat customer. The flowers and arrangements always look as shown or better!
The items offered on your website are very nice and once delivered I hear are beautiful. Howevrr, the cost of extras and charges for delivery are a bit high. I requested delivery in six days and was charged an additional fee for expidited delivery. Seems a bit excessive. I wasn't asking for same day or the following day delivery.

I received an e-mail in the evening of delivery date advising me that they were unable to find a vender to make a delivery...
But, customer service made a good follow-up effort with a complimentary upgrade.
My arrangement was not delivered on the day I wanted it delivered so they had it delivered the next day and I asked for it to be delivered in the morning. It was not delivered until the afternoon. I paid extra for it to be there early, thankfully I was credited back what I paid.

This is my first order and so far it's been alright but I feel same day charge should not be included.
The flowers that were actually delivered to my friend for her birthday, looked nothing like the bouquet I had seen on-line. It was supposed to be made up of Roses, white daiseys and carnations...there were no roses in the flowers delivered and it wasn't nearly as full as the one I had seen on line. It was really disappointing.
The person I sent flowers to said they are beautiful, but they were suposed to be delivered on the 18th and I paid for them to be. She recieved them on the 19th!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
