It was a last minute purchase for a good friends birthday, I was a little uneasy as I have never used an online flower delivery site. After making the purchase I read through reviews of fromyouflowers and saw many negative responses. This got me worried, but my friend received her bouquet of flowers a little later than expected, but only by a couple hours because I did purchase the expedited service. The bouquet came out exactly as pictured. I could not of felt more relieved that she got them and bouquet was picture perfect. I would recommend fromyouflowers and would not hesitate to use them again.
I placed the same order on 9/23/15 to go out 9/24/15. The price was higher and I also thought I was getting $10.00 off second order. Nobody has answered this

The delivery man was very helpful when I had accidentally listed the incorrect address number. He was able to look up the persons name and find the correct building number!

Flowers arrived early and looked beautiful. The vase was different than pictured, but was beautiful none the less.

I was really impressed with the concept of ordering this beautiful candy/chip basket for my grandson who had just undergone emergency surgery. I picked the one in the middle price range but after my daughter sent me a picture of what was received, the basket was less than impressive. It didn't look anything like the item I purchased and there must have been a sale on Cheetos in the Cleveland area. Nice to know that a $65 basket had $20 worth of stuff in it. So sad, I really thought I was onto something here. The promptness of the delivery and ease of ordering however was excellent and can't say enough good things about the overall ordering / delivery experience. Perhaps your outlet where you sent the order was being "cheap" and thought I wouldn't find out anyway.
