It took 6.5 hours for you to tell me by email that you could not deliver my flowers that day. When I called customer service I was told they could be delivered in the morning and they were not delivered until 2 pm. Very frustrating that twice they didn't stay with a time frame they mentioned.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
