I paid for the premium flower arrangement. There are no exact guidelines on how much bigger the arrangement would be; however, the assumption based on the graphic image is it would contain more flowers and a greater variety of flowers than the standard arrangement. The flowers my wife received only had two blooming Stargazers and three Roses. The standard arrangement had three blooming Stargazers and five Roses. The arrangement was also somewhat lopsided. When I called customer service, the rep immediately asked me how many flowers and buds the arrangement had and counted up the price at $5 per flower/bud. He then calculated this as undersized for the price I paid and offered a 15% discount and a $15.00 coupon towards my next order. In truth, I expected my order to be replaced. That did not happen. We did have 6 Stargazer buds. Two of which look like they will bloom. For appear to be sub-sized and I fear will not bloom. The end result of all this is a very unhappy first time customer. Nothing feels worse than when the person you bought it for, while grateful, tells you it was kind of small.
The website is easy to manage and the pictures make it especially nice. My friend that I sent flowers to, set me a picture thanking me and the flowers were indeed gorgeous! Very pleased.
Great so far, please don't disappoint with the most important part...THE FLOWERS!

My experience was pretty good.
Yesterday my lady friend was having a bad day. And i knew today would be bad for her as well. So i decided to get some flowers sent to her work. I googled around and saw this company. And against the usual i ordered flowers without checking reviews. About an hour later i thought about checking the companies reviews and was terrified. Because i saw so many bad comments and complaints. So right then i sent an email to FromYouFlowers asking and making sure my package would get there in time.
Today i received a picture of the beautiful card, and flowers that arrived right on time at her work. Right on time. She said she got red and teared up in front of her employees. So id say it made her day alot better. Needless to say. FYF (from you flowers) was great to deal with. They answered every email i sent within 10 min, they assured me the flowers would be there on time. And they were. Everything was perfect and i will definitely be ordering from this company in the future. Thanks again FYF. Yall are amazing

The flowers were received within the timeframe ordered and were very nice.
Flowers were ordered with expedited delivery (within 4 hours) approx 8:45 on 9/23. They were not delivered to my daughter until almost noon the next day.
I called twice regarding this. Was extremely unhappy and irritated.
Once the flowers arrived, they were beautiful and I am grateful for that.
Wished you had a few more choices that included a balloon. Prices are a bit spendy! But my daughter loved them, and that is what is most important. ~Thank You~

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
