I needed funeral flowers for the next day, had no time to shop. Was happy that they arrived on time.
I could not be more disappointed! I ordered the premium category arrangement with expedited delivery by 12pm. Instead, I received a very sad, small, amature excuse for a flower arrangement, worse than what I would have imagined the regular arrangement category to look like. It looks like a little kid put it together in class. This is no more than a $5 job, and they charged $44? Flowers are wilted and there are dried pieces all over. Delivery? Delivery took all day. Never mind 12pm, I finally got the flowers at 5:30pm. And forget Fedex or UPS as indicated by website, some guy in a green van delivered it. And I paid $14.99 for this? It's a shame that you can stay in business with such business practices. This is fraud. I demand a refund immediately and come pick up your flowers!

My order was late and I didn't get any notification other than me calling to check. Also no confirmation today that it was delivered other than a thank you from my girlfriend. But, the customer service rep was friendly and compensated me so I thank him.
Ordering and pricing were great. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers and they were just ok. Your picture is bright and vivid and theirs was a bit dull. But my mom was happy to get flowers so it worked out, just wish they were a little closer to what you displayed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
