Great selection,easy to use website
It would've been 5 stars if I didn't get hit with that surprise $14.99 service charge. I feel like I was tricked into believing the price would be much lower before I made it to the "review" purchase page. It would've been nice to know that there was a service charge as soon as I added an item to my cart. Not sure if I'd use this site again due to that reason alone, but they did have a good selection of items and I found exactly what I was looking for which is the only reason I contintued with my purchase.

Flower stems were broken on several flowers
They were great for a 5 hour delivery. Didn't realize there was a 15 dollar service fee on top of their price. Didn't show up until I went to pay. Bill went from 36 to 51. But, I'm still really happy with the service.
Little pricy but she loved them and they looked amazing. Most likely using the site again depending on pricing
