I use an online florist all the time. I tried this one and they use a bait and switch method. They default their product to the lowest price but leave the picture of the most expensive arrangement. I did complain and sent them what my girlfriend received and the product picture. No where close. I will still use my old go to online florist and pay 20 dollars more to make sure my girl gets the very best. Shame on you for deceiving people.
You have a nice variety and all of what I wanted. Couldn't find that anyplace else. Good for you. You delivered perfectly and everything was in good order. I have not seen flowers that were sent. I know they were delivered the day I ordered. My friend did acknowledge they were nice and had her favorite color flower in the arrangement. Would order from you again.

Very pleased with it She was especially pleased as she always loved plants and had lots of greenery in her house, so now in the apartment there is no outside areas to grow plants and flowers. She is happy that now she has something living that she can take care of.

I picked out a beautiful bouquet of flowers to be sent to my grandmother. The flowers they sent were not even close to the picture they have on their website. Different size, colors and different flowers altogether. When I called the company to complain they assured me that they sent the right order and did nothing to fix the crap they sent me. They did offer to send me a $10 gift certificate which I declined because I would never do business with this place again. Don't wast your money this place is a scam!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
