Love the selections available. I ordered a deluxe plant; however, the plant arrangement that was delivered seemed like it was a basic order.
Ordering process was fine, but the flowers and vase were completely different than what I ordered. The are very few of the flowers that were listed on the site and instead of a square purple vase that is included in the "purple present" bouquet, I got a clear round vase with purple water. I am extremely disappointed and do not consider this worth the close to $70 I spent.
Blindsided by fee amount at the final order review page, but still came out cheaper than the competition. Thanks!

Impressed with the clear communication. They weren't able to deliver same day because they couldn't find a florists. They very apologetic and upgraded my order. It turned out to be more than I expected.
