Have purchased from you before but was not able to pull up past info. When the order was complete, I realized that the total was rather high even with tax and delivery fees. Upon closer review, I was charged $10 more than the website listed as their regular price and that the sale price was $27. I sent an email stating these facts. I got a speedy return but was blown off stating that the amount billed was for the Deluxe arrangement and did not give a satisfactory explanation for the so called discrepancy in the prices on the website. I did not see a Deluxe display, a deluxe price nor did I request a deluxe arrangement. I do not find this type of business practice acceptable nor am I sure that FTC approves of such business practice.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
