Had issues with the online ordering.had to re-enter things a few times.other than that.great prices...My cousins LOVED their flowers! One sent me a picture and it's gorgeous! <3 One more delivery to go tomorrow --hope it's just as beautiful... and we'll be all set.
I was very happy with this product and the delivery time, which allowed me to show a friend who was ill that I was thinking of them.
I had very special day planned for a special moment and the flowers would only had made sense being delivered that day. They didn't get delivered and there was no point cause I had to have them on that day and you said you could but didn't. The flowers were very beautiful though.

I had an enourmous amount of trouble with the bouquet of the first day. Although the guys from the callling center where very nice, they pretty much could not solve anything and you end up delivering 24h later!

Quick and easy to use. Convenient same day delivery. Handling charges should display prior to final order. Actual total cost is misleading otherwise.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
